"After being involved in an accident with a Farm Bureau insured customer, I was treated rather poorly by the local Farm Bureau claims adjuster, Paul Anderson. It took several days for the claims department to take possession of my vehicle from the wrecker yard and then the subsequent settlement for it. I was issued a rental car and was given a week of use after the claim was settled but wasn’t issued the settlement check until there was only three days of rental left. When I called to ask for an extension on the rental, Farm Bureau’s adjuster was fairly rude and I was told summarily no. My wife called our State Farm agents office, Jake Swiden, who told her he would interact with Farm Bureau as our advocate and see what if anything could be done to extend the time on the rental car. Our agent Tim, was treated even more rudely and even hung up on after being told “nothing could be done”. We are very happy to be with State Farm who has helped us a lot over the years."

"I’ve been with Jake Swidan State Farm since I’ve been able to drive.. I’ll be 29 this year.. sure, I could probably get somewhat of a cheaper premium somewhere else but the help and services I’ve gotten from this office is worth more than the prices I may be paying. They have always made sure I’m getting the best price, the best value, the best protection, and the best discounts. If you are thinking about switching to State Farm, do business with this office. I guarantee you, you will be more than satisfied. You don’t find too many businesses these days running like this office."
